Atomic Design by Brad Frost - This is such a fundamental piece of design methodology. Seriously, you should read it.
The Component Gallery by Iain Bean - I use this daily, pretty much. By far the best resource I’ve found for referencing design system docs and component examples.
Utopia.fyi by James Gilyead & Trys Mudford - Fluid scales for typography and spacing. I always start my projects with this.
CUBE CSS by Andy Bell - Neat CSS methodology, solid alternative to BEM and similar approaches.
Accessibility Developer Guide by Access for all - What it says on the tin. Share it with your friendly neighbourhood engineer.
UX Patterns for Developers by David Dias - This one recently became a new pinned tab on my work laptop. It’s brilliant to pull up in a meeting, stops the guesswork.

Chromatic by Kevin Feyder - A simple color puzzle game. It has become a part of my morning routine, pretty fun way to spend a minute while I sip my first coffee.
Johnny Decimal by Johnny Noble - Pretty neat way to organize your digital life. It takes some effort to wrap your head around, but it saves me so much mental energy in the long run.

Kinesis Advantage 360 - The first two months were brutal, but now I can’t imagine a better keyboard than this. Well, give it a trackball. Then it would be perfect.
Beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO - I’ve had these headphones for more than 15 years now, still as amazing as day one. Great sound, excellent comfort, spare parts are available everywhere.
Monitor light bar - This was the improvement to my desk setup that I didn’t know I was missing (and frankly, thought were overhyped). Get some nice ambient lighting for your office as well, but for reducing that sharp contrast and better task lighting, a light bar is pretty great.
Maillons - This is a bit leftfield, but I think this is the best way to assemble multiple keyrings. Simple, secure, easy to add or remove keys on the go.
